Pokemon GO continues to release new territories, but the chagrin of some fans, only on iOS and Android.
Certainly, it is the dominant operating systems in the mobile world, but there are many who use Windows for their favorite mobile operating system, and they do not want to stay in the outside looking in.
Thus, a new petition has popped up on Change.org demanding that Nintendo and Niantic Pokemon GO being released on Windows 10 and Windows 10 mobile. The initiators of the petition cite some statistics in support of their application, including Windows 10 was installed on more than 81 million units since its release. They also bring up the way 10 Windows store access 100 carriers across 57 markets, and can reach 3 billion customers.
Perhaps the strongest is that Windows Phone 8 is the third mobile operating system the most popular argument, it just makes sense to Niantic to open their multiplayer game. After they list their reasoning, they declare their formal application.
"With the above said, the community of millions of loyal fans and users of Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile pray humbly Pokémon GO creators, Niantic, Inc., The Pokémon Company, Nintendo Co., Ltd., to deliver Pokémon GO on Windows 10 and Windows 10 mobile alongside their Android and iOS counterparts. "
